In Collaboration with Community of Compassion Church Inc.
At Plasticity Pathways, we believe healing is most meaningful when education, intention, and integration work together. Through our collaboration with Community of Compassion Church Inc., we offer a grounded introduction to psilocybin microdosing rooted in safety, mindfulness, and responsible self-inquiry.
Microdosing is not about “tripping.” It involves very small, carefully measured amounts intended to remain subtle and sub-perceptual, supporting daily awareness without inducing a full psychedelic experience.
What Is Microdosing?
Microdosing is the practice of working with small, intentional doses of psilocybin as part of a structured wellness practice. The goal is not intensity, but subtle support for:
* Emotional balance
* Mental clarity
* Creativity
* Focus
* Self-awareness
* Mindfulness
* Spiritual connection
* Pattern recognition
At Plasticity Pathways, we view microdosing as something that works with you, not for you. The medicine may create an opportunity, but your intention, awareness, and integration shape the direction of change.
The Community of Compassion Approach
The Community of Compassion Church Inc. Microdosing Guidebook emphasizes that microdosing is most meaningful when paired with:
Intention — clarifying why you are beginning
Set — becoming aware of your emotional and mental state
Setting — creating a supportive environment
Consistency — following a structured rhythm
Mindfulness — observing subtle changes over time
Integration — turning insight into action
This approach aligns deeply with Plasticity Pathways’ philosophy: healing is not passive. It is a relationship between the medicine, the nervous system, the subconscious, and the choices we make afterward.

Microdose vs. Macrodose
Microdosing
Microdosing is subtle, functional, and gradual. It is often used as a reflective practice to support daily life, emotional awareness, creativity, and consistency. You remain fully present and able to engage in normal activities.
Macrodose Sessions
Macrodose experiences are deeper, longer, and more immersive. These sessions may bring forward powerful emotions, memories, insights, or altered states of consciousness. They require more preparation, support, and post-session integration.
Microdosing is a practice.
Macrodosing is a journey.
Both require respect, intention, and integration.
Integration: The Most Important Part
Psilocybin may temporarily soften rigid patterns and support greater psychological flexibility, but the direction of change depends on what we do with that window. Without integration, insight can fade. With integration, new neural pathways can begin to take shape.
Microdosing integration practices:
* Journaling
* Somatic awareness
* Mindfulness practices
* Emotional processing
* Intention tracking
* Behavioral changes
* Reflection on patterns and triggers
* Supportive preparation and follow-up
Responsible Use & Education
Microdosing is not universally appropriate for everyone. Responses vary based on mental health history, medications, nervous system sensitivity, dosage, environment, and intention. The guidebook emphasizes that research on microdosing is still developing, and many claims remain based on early studies or self-reported experiences rather than established clinical consensus.
Education, caution, and professional consultation are strongly encouraged.

At Plasticity Pathways, in collaboration with Community of Compassion Church Inc., our intention is to provide education that is grounded, compassionate, and responsible.
Microdosing is not a shortcut. It is not a cure-all. It is an invitation into deeper relationship with yourself.
When approached with intention, mindfulness, and integration, it can become a powerful practice for reconnecting with clarity, presence, and inner healing intelligence.
